The Sylvee is the largest concert and event venue in the Madison, Wis., area. When the owners decided to revamp their venue, they turned to Kessenich’s for help. Working with well-known venues to elevate and improve their services is a challenge that Kessenich’s thrives on.
Kessenich’s was involved in every aspect of foodservice and bar needs for all three levels of The Sylvee, including all three bars and the VIP rooms. We also coordinated all the beer dispensing lines to run throughout all levels of the facility.
To ensure that the timeline was met and that foodservice and bar service was up and running for the target date, Kessenich’s managed the equipment installation with all trades.
