Great Lakes Culinary Design (GLCD) was in on the ground floor with this project, working closely with the owners of Prime + Proper to design and create a one-of-a-kind steakhouse experience in the heart of Detroit. This is a great example of the individualized approach our design team brings to every project.
Using the most advanced 3D modeling technology, GLCD brought the owner’s vision to life, resulting in an award-winning design featuring an open kitchen, on-site butcher shop, and a dry aging room prominently featured on the lower level.
